Welcome to the Hackney Enterprise Network

Hackney Enterprise Network strengthens the voice of small businesses across the borough. It helps them develop and succeed by creating a forum for them to exchange business knowledge and ideas. It brings businesses together to trade.

The network launched back in November 2004, and currently has over 270 members, signed up across the borough, whose businesses span across a wide variety of industry sectors and ethnicities.

Bringing business people together is what the network is all about. It does this by running grant competitions, award ceremonies, trade visits to developing countries, specialist business briefings, breakfasts, half day events and evening sessions.

Financial help for businesses is available via the network, in the form of grants, awards and the search for investment.

A bi-monthly grants scheme funds the best three/four business ideas received by a panel of entrepreneurs, local bank managers and business experts. Advice on loans, grants and other sources of investment is also available. Every year the Mayor of Hackney will make ten awards to the people behind Hackney’s most successful, innovative or imaginative business ideas.

Register online today, click here and complete your company contact details and information. Membership fees start from £40 per year. Once you have completed your details online, we will then invoice you for payment.
